Pick the body parts in the order you want to scan. Standard head‑to‑toe, reverse, or a short custom path. Set dwell time per region. We pace the prompts.
Most scans are fixed head‑to‑toe, 20 minutes long. Real life rarely allows that. This designer lets you trim the path to what fits (5 min, jaw only, calves only), choose the order, and dwell longer on a region that's holding tension.
If a region feels numb, that's information. Don't try to "fix" it — just keep the attention there. With regular practice, sensation often returns gradually.
A scan can surface difficult sensations or memories. If a body region lights up a strong emotion, stop and ground. Don't push through.
Yes if you feel safe doing so. If you tend to dissociate, half‑open or keep eyes on a fixed point.
That's fine — and informative. You're probably more depleted than you think. Consider a 10‑min nap instead.
